This custom-made isothermal pool cover is manufactured from double-extruded polyethylene film, providing reliable heat retention and durability. The ultrasonic welded assembly ensures strong, watertight seams, while an antioxidant treatment protects the polyethylene against chlorine degradation, extending product lifespan.

Available in three finishes – Non-edged, Duo (edged on both widths) and Luxe (edged around the full perimeter) – the cover can be tailored to different reinforcement needs. Each cover is welded to the exact pool dimensions, with a material tolerance of ±2.5%. As polyethylene may shrink under heat, dimensional variation of up to 2.5% can occur, particularly with significant temperature changes. Rectangular covers longer than 12 m include reinforced sleeves on each width.
