This custom-made thermal pool cover is manufactured from double-extruded polyethylene film, ensuring durability and effective heat retention. The ultrasonic welded assembly provides strong, reliable seams, while an antioxidant treatment protects the material from chlorine-related degradation, extending its lifespan.

Available in three finishes – Unedged, Duo (edged on both widths) and Luxe (edged around the full perimeter) – it adapts to different installation needs and reinforcement levels. Each cover is custom welded to the exact pool dimensions, with a possible size variation of ±2.5% due to material tolerance and natural heat shrinkage. Rectangular covers longer than 12 m are produced with reinforced sleeves on each width for added strength and stability.
